Same-day shipping

In-stock orders placed by 2:00p CT ship the same business day. Flat-rate ground on standard parcels; reels, lineups and gear ship freight with a quote.

30-day returns

Return unused stock in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund. Request an RMA number first and we’ll route it to the right desk — no restocking surprises.

Yes. You can check out as a guest for one-off orders. Opening a trade account unlocks contractor pricing, project quotes and net terms — ask the counter to set one up at any time.

In-stock orders placed by 2:00p CT ship the same business day. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day. Larger releases and freight items are scheduled with you when you order.

Standard parcels ship at a flat ground rate shown at checkout. Wire & cable reels, switchgear lineups and other oversized items ship by freight, quoted per order so you only pay actual cost. Ask us for a delivered price before you place a large order.

Unused stock in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email support@studzelectric.com with your order number for an RMA before shipping anything back. Cut wire, made-to-order gear and special-order items are non-returnable.

You’ll get a confirmation when your order ships, with carrier tracking for parcel shipments. For freight or will-call, we’ll contact you to schedule. Need a status update sooner? Call the counter or email us your order number.

Yes. Place your order and choose will-call, and we’ll have it staged at the counter during business hours (Mon–Fri, 7:00a–6:00p CT). We also run jobsite delivery throughout the region — ask us for a delivery window.

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty as listed for each item. If something arrives defective or fails in the warranty window, contact us with your order number and we’ll help process the claim or replacement with the manufacturer.
